The Challenge / Business Need

CEAR Latinoamericano assigned me for 5 months to develop and scale their official Virtual Campus, aiming to deliver a modern, resilient, high-performance academic platform for hundreds of professionals and faculty in Law and Engineering. Key challenges included:

Unifying access for students and lecturers to synchronous Google Meet sessions, high-definition lecture recordings, and academic literature.
Engineering a hardened authentication workflow featuring MFA (2FA) and passwordless Magic Links tailored for legal professionals and technical experts.
Automating tuition and installment billing online via the Niubiz payment gateway, phasing out manual voucher verification.
Guaranteeing continuous uptime and low latency during prime concurrency spikes without saturating the on-premise infrastructure.
