The Challenge / Business Need

CEAR Latinoamericano managed all enrollment inquiries from arbitrators, experts and adjudicators exclusively through WhatsApp — no public website, no digital catalog, no structured contact forms. The goal was clear:

Digitize and centralize the catalog of 4 key programs: JRD Arbitration, International Arbitration, NEC and FIDIC, targeting arbitrators, expert witnesses and adjudicators.
Replace the manual WhatsApp flow with enrollment and contact forms integrated directly into the public website.
Build on Next.js with SSR/ISR for first-class Google organic indexing — each specialization must appear when professionals search for continuing education.
100% informational platform: payments and content access are handled inside the existing Campus Virtual system.
